近年来,受国际政治经济局势不稳定和国内经济下行影响,三一重工既面临工程机械市场大幅度萎缩等的外部压力,还暴露出如沟通效率低下等诸多内部管理问题。为保持企业效益和保证永续经营,三一必须优化和改进经营战略。本文以三一重工的经营战略为研究对象,利用科学方法对三一重工的内外部环境、企业优、略势和潜力进行了综合评价和分析,提出了经营战略改进方案,给出了一系列较为科学的经营战略优化建议。

根据以上分析,本文提出了基于产品和服务优化、组织结构优化和国际化及信息化管理优化的经营战略改进方案,着眼于调整三一重工经营战略和组织结构,重塑竞争力,为三一的国际化和再腾飞打下坚实基础。

In recent years, due to the unstable international political and economic situationand the downward impact of the domestic economy, SANY HEAVY INDUSTRY CO.,LTD. not only faces the external pressure such as the sharp shrinkage of theconstruction machinery market, but also exposes many internal management problemssuch as low communication efficiency, SANY must optimize and improve its businessstrategy. Taking the management strategy of SANY as the research object, this papercomprehensively evaluates and analyzes the internal and external environment,advantages and potentials of SANY by using scientific methods, puts forward theimprovement plan of operation strategy, and gives a series of more scientificsuggestions for optimization of operation strategy.
In this paper, the political, economic, social and technological environment facedby SANY was analyzed by the PEST method, the external commercial environment ofSANY was analyzed with Porter's five forces model, and the opportunities andchallenges faced by the SANY, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of thecompany was analyzed by the SWOT method. It is found that the main problems ofSANY are: the technology and system advantages of competitors are rapidly lost; theoriginal organizational structure and management strategy can not adapt to the currenteconomic situation and industry competition requirements ; Besides, internal operatingprobelmes, e.g. lack of key research and development capabilities, excessivemanagement and high operating costs, are also indeitfied.
Based on the above analyses, this paper puts forward a business strategyimprovement plan,which consists of product and service optimization, organizationalstructure optimization, internationalization and information system optimization. ThisPlan focus on adjusting the overall business strategy and organizational structure ofSANY, and aims to reshap its competitiveness, andto rebuild the power for SANY'sbooming and internationalization.
